Need help from you guys! Programs stopped working :S

Hey guys, my Windows 7 only opens certain .exe application, it can't open Modio or Horizon. If you have any idea on how to fix this please post below or pm me. This is kinda urgent, I've looked everywhere!

Make sure you are running the program as an Administrator.

Tried it serveral times, I've tried everything. Reg default, settings default, restarted my comp. But I really don't want to have to reformat my PC.

Try downloading .net framework 3.5 sp1 and uninstalling moddio and reinstalling it.
