Gears of War 3 Leak Source.

In what would appear to be one of the less-smart things that was capable of being done, it seems the aforementioned leaking of Gears of War 3 might be the result of an unsecured web server hosting the files for PR purposes. This is all according to a twitter post linking to a Google search that exposes the files' locations (it has since been secured).
Whoops.
It is not uncommon for in-progress builds to be hosted online somewhere so that news outlets can run preview articles, but they are usually hosted on über-secure servers... If this is indeed the source of the leak, one might wonder the ramifications for the ones hosting the site. Is it their fault, or is it Microsoft's fault for not ensuring the security of their partners' products? What do you think?
